WHAT IS A
Leadership Growth Scholarship?
Leadership Growth Scholarships are not intended to provide free participation. Rather, they recognize organizations whose leadership demonstrates a commitment to growth, improvement, and excellence.
Recipients are selected based upon both:
- The value they are expected to receive from participation
- The value they are expected to contribute to the group experience
The scholarship is not a handout. It is recognition.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
STEP 1
Become a Founding Partner through an initial scholarship designation of $2,500.
STEP 2
Nominate a for-profit or nonprofit organization you believe would benefit from participation, or review anonymous candidate profiles provided by Texas Consilium.
STEP 3
Your $2,500 Leadership Growth Scholarship provides $4,950 of scholarship value by reducing the recipient organization’s initial six-month investment in a 360 Leadership Group by approximately 50%.
STEP 4
Help strengthen leaders, organizations, communities, and Texas while receiving permanent Founding Partner recognition.
FOUNDING PARTNER INVESTMENT
Initial Scholarship Designation: $2,500
Includes:
- Leadership Growth Scholarship valued at $4,950
- Permanent Founding Partner recognition
- Recognition through Texas Consilium events and communications
- Annual impact reporting
- Opportunities to engage with fellow Founding Partners and scholarship recipients
Additional Scholarship Designations: $2,000 each
Many Founding Partners may choose to support multiple organizations through additional scholarship designations.
A LIMITED FOUNDING OPPORTUNITY
ONLY 24 FOUNDING LEADERSHIP GROWTH SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE DESIGNATED.
Organizations supporting one or more of these scholarships will receive permanent Founding Partner recognition.

- Future organizations may sponsor scholarships.
- Future organizations may support 360 Leadership Groups.
But only the inaugural organizations will be remembered as the organizations that helped launch the initiative. This recognition can never be duplicated.
