Today’s best college students are filled with academic knowledge, initiative and enthusiasm for making their lives and our businesses better. What they lack is real-world experience.
Welcome to Texas Consilium’s Intern program. We believe that academia works best when it is combined with the perspective and understanding that only comes from hands-on work experience — seeing and solving real problems in our dynamic business environment.
Texas Consilium, in collaboration with Veryable, has developed a simplified process for employers to find the best university and college students for projects, and engage them in a simple, low-risk and cost-effective manner. Through this Texas Consilium system, employers can easily find quality intern candidates and engage them on a simple “try before you buy” temporary or project basis, available as soon as tomorrow for a few hours or a few months. For students, our system gives you options to find those engagements of greatest interest with all the flexibility of an Uber-like gig and daily payment.
Employers can access Students/Operators through our Veryable dashboard. As you identify the interns that you are most interested in or work best for you, you can build Your Labor Pool (YLP) to bring your best resources to the top of your list.
Students can access Employer opportunities through your Student/Intern Dashboard. Download the Veryable app in the App Store or Google Play. Once downloaded, complete your profile and three required prerequisites: a background check, setting up direct deposit, and completing W9. Then you can search and bid for the Opportunities (Ops) that most fit your interests.
There is no cost to employers to post opportunities, or to students to post their qualifications and bid on opportunities. Register online and our staff will guide you through getting started.

Veryable is adapting their powerful platform to host Texas Consilium’s Texas Intern program. We hope you’ll explore the possibilities, and let us know how we can make it even better.
