Advocate Refund/Cancellation Policy

Texas Consilium reserves the right to refuse/cancel a advocacy in our organization.
If Texas Consilium refuses a new or renewing advocacy, a full refund will be offered.

Advocate Cancellation by Participant

Advocate cancellations received within 3 business days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less a $40 service fee.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to Texas Consilium.
All refund requests must be made by the registering Advocate or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the registering Advocate and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
Advocacy in Texas Consilium is non-transferable.
These above policies apply to all Texas Consilium Advocates unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.

Sponsorship Refund/Cancellation Policy

Texas Consilium Event Refund/Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation by Sponsor

Texas Consilium reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If Texas Consilium cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 14 business days before the event.
Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $35 service fee.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Texas Consilium Goods Refund/Return Policy

All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from the Texas Consilium require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, Returns must be authorized by the Texas Consilium within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any Texas Consilium product that is deemed defective.

Products provided/sold by Texas Consilium partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.
