Advocate Refund/Cancellation Policy

Individual annual Texas Advocates in Texas Consilium are valid for twelve months from the date of enrollment, and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Sponsorship Refund/Cancellation Policy

Sponsorships of Texas Consilium are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are considered fully earned once accepted by Texas Consilium. Texas Consilium has certain sponsorship guidelines and policies which must be respected, and in the event Texas Consilium is unable to accept a sponsorship after payment, or cancels a sponsorship after acceptance, a full refund will be offered for the unexpired or unused portion of the sponsorship.

Event Refund/Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation by Texas Consilium

Texas Consilium reserves the right to cancel any event due to adverse weather, speaker cancellation, low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Texas Consilium cancels an event, individual registrants will be offered a full refund if the event is not rescheduled. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement or rescheduling of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the rescheduled event.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your individual registration is 14 days before the commencement of the event. Individual registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $35 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be accepted via online cancellation or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

If you register for an event and find you are unable to attend after the deadline for refunds, you may send a substitute attendee, subject to any event-specific limitations published with the event information at the time of registration. Registrations not attending will not be refunded. These policies apply to all Texas Consilium Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.

Texas Consilium Goods Refund/Return Policy

All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from the Texas Consilium require prior authorization for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns must be authorized by the Texas Consilium within thirty (30) days of purchase. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any Texas Consilium product that is deemed defective.

Products provided/sold by Texas Consilium partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.
