What went wrong with my prior consultants?

That’s a great question!  If you have used consultants before, we would like to understand your experience with them. Whether you felt the experience was horrible, outstanding or somewhere in between, we would encourage you to share with us your story and any documentation they provided.

Let’s use that prior experience as a learning opportunity. If you feel that it didn’t provide the return on investment you were expecting, why? Were they focused on treating a symptom rather than the root cause of a problem?  Did they provide recommendations without the implementation or training to effect the change? Were you or your team not committed to change and resorted to old habits? These are all common problems, and understanding where prior efforts went astray will allow us to help you prevent it from happening again.
