How do we compare our group’s performance?

Because we will be using a common methodology to track improvements made within each member’s business, Texas Consilium will be able to compare your group’s performance with that of other groups.  Those groups creating the greatest improvement for their members will be recognized as champions in the 360 Pursuit of Excellence!

We believe this is not only an opportunity to recognize your group for your outstanding business improvement accomplishments, but it will allow everyone participating both within and outside of your group to identify and learn from best practices — which will promote improvement and prosperity throughout Texas.
