Business Excellence Awards Dinner

The Texas Consilium Business Excellence Award was established to help Texans expand their vision of what is possible. Best practices often come from other businesses, in other industries, as a result of different perspectives. As
we have identified Texas businesses and leaders who are on a continuous improvement journey, we want to recognize their efforts — not only as an award for what they have accomplished, but to establish role models for lessons learned.
At our 2023 Awards Dinner we met a few of our top leaders in Texas business as we heard their stories of their own journeys of excellence and lessons learned, as we presented our Awards. The pursuit of excellence begins with understanding
the art and science of the possible.
Our awards program is not about the event — it’s about the relationships we create and enhance that matter!

IMC DFW’s Richard Tozer “Innovation & Leadership” Award is presented annually to one outstanding member of the business consulting community having these characteristics:
– A thought leader in the business community for at least ten years;
– A history of involvement in humanitarian activities in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex;
– A commitment to the ethical conduct of business and appropriate decorum; and
– An active role in improving the business community through outreach and collaboration.
Ram Charan was honored as our 2023 recipient of IMC DFW’s Richard Tozer Innovation & Leadership Award.
